PONCA CITY Rotary held their installation event earlier this week and honored the Rotarian of the Year. The Rotarian of the Year is Jamie Phillips, who serves as the club’s secretary and is a counselor for Grand Mental Health. This award was presented for Phillips’ outstanding dedication and service to the Rotary Club of Ponca City.
